DOCUMENT TITLE: Fictitious Business Name use (Church of Spiritual Technology (CST) as "L. Ron Hubbard Library") SUBJECT: CST begins "doing business as" the "L. Ron Hubbard Library" PARTIES: Meade Emory and Sherman Lenske, architects of the probate, the corporate restructuring, and of the "L. Ron Hubbard Library" fraud; Sherman Lenske, Stephen Lenske, and Lawrence E. Heller, Special Directors of CST BACKGROUND AND NOTES This is the date, 29 November 1993, on which the corporation known as Church of Spiritual Technology (CST) began doing business under the fraudulent fictitious business name "L. Ron Hubbard Library." The document filing date is not until almost a month later, 27 December 1993, but this is the date CST started actully operating under the fraudulent name, which just happens to be coincident with the transfer of over 7,000 copyrights from Norman F. Starkey to CST. As is a well-established pattern with Sherman Lenske in covering up the tracks of the fraud created by him and Meade Emory, more than one date is often associated with their crooked machinations, and this is no exception. Please see document at the date of actual filing, 27 December 1993, for the details. |
