DOCUMENT TITLE: Addendum to Advanced Technology Covenant-Estate/RTC SUBJECT: Unknown addendum to Covenant of 30 November 1988 PARTIES: Norman F. Starkey, Executor of the Estate of L. Ron Hubbard and Trustee of Author's Family Trust; unknown parties representing the corporation known as Religious Technology Center (RTC); Meade Emory and Sherman Lenske, architect of the Covenant and Addendum; Sherman Lenske, Stephen Lenske, and Lawrence E. Heller, Special Directors of CST at the time of the Addendum, as "consultants" to Starkey (Trustee of both Author's Family Trust-A and Author's Family Trust-B), and as "Trust Protectors" BACKGROUND AND NOTES No specifics are known about this referenced 13 May 1991 Addendum, which is unavailable, except that it is an Addendum to the 30 November 1988 Covenant between the Estate and RTC. The only reference to it is in the 29 November 1993 "Assignment and Assumption" transferring all right, title, and interest in this Addendum, and in several other licensing agreements, from the Estate to the corporation known as "Church of Spiritual Technology" (CST). It may be a jaded view, even though one certainly supported by ample examples, but this Addendum was likely thrown into the mix by Meade Emory and his friends partly just to add to the confusion they created around all their frauds; in this case to make sure it got confused with the circa 1 July 1982 Addendum to a different document, the 10 May 1982 Advanced Technology Assignment Agreement, that addendum having purportedly been signed by the missing L. Ron Hubbard. Meade Emory and his attorney friends did everything they could to cover their tracks, but links to records memorializing each of these very separate documents, in chronological order, is available on this site to guide you through the labyrinth they created to lose you in. |
